Shipping and handling
- As of 24th August 2018 All orders of £20.00 or above = Free Delivery. Please note that gift vouchers do not count towards the new £20 free delivery threshold.
- Orders under £20.00 = £3.95* Delivery Charge (prices apply to mainland UK only, delivery charge is the same for both standard and courier shipping – some products require courier shipping)
- We aim for all orders received before mid-day Mon-Fri to be despatched the same day
- We aim for all orders received after mid-day on Friday to be despatched the following Monday (excludes bank holidays)
- We endeavour to get all orders delivered within 2-4 working days but please allow longer over bank holidays or promotions

First Class items often arrive the next day but please allow two to four days for delivery from the time you place your order. If you need the products urgently, please call us on 0121 222 5088 or email us to check whether the items are in stock before you place your order. Please note that evidence of posting fulfils our obligation to deliver.
You can cancel your order within fourteen (14) working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods) and return them for a full refund. We cannot accept the return of any products that have been used or have had the seal broken.
If you choose to cancel your order we will refund you the price you have paid for the goods. It is your responsibility to let us know you want to cancel your order by email or letter within the cancellation period. If you wish to return the products, you must take reasonable care of them while they are in your possession and return to us in saleable condition at your own expense. We recommend you use a recorded delivery service when you return the items to cover you for loss or damage in the post. There’s no extra charge to exchange goods unless there’s a difference in price in the items being exchanged.
If any product purchased with a gift card is subsequently exchanged for a product of a lower price or a refund, any money owing will be added to the remaining balance on the card. Great news! Any products purchased between 19th November and 30th December 2018 will benefit from a longer return period. You’ll be able to return your items up to 55 days after purchase.
